Cierra Fleischmann (@cierra.fleischmann) is the name and hair is my religion. I’m born and raised in Hampton Roads, Virginia. I’ve been behind my chair since the age of 17 and have never looked back. Fifteen years later, I now am a salon owner of Reverie Haus (@reveriehaus) and spend my days creating for my guests. I’m a mama to my beautiful son and a salon owner of 2 years. I love nothing more than sharing with my peers and spreading knowledge to those just as passionate about our craft. I have been on the creative team with Eufora International and Oligo Professionnel. I have been featured in Beauty Launchpad, Top 30 Under 30 for The Colorist Mag, and a 6x oneshot finalist.
I can’t put into words how much I love what I do. But I sure can show you! My goal is to create art on the canvases of our clients and share everything that I can. I love watching my hair babies grow! Nothing makes me happier than helping others elevate their craft. My philosophy is you receive what you give. The energy exchange in what we do is a beautiful thing. From a custom haircut to a beautiful color, giving your best will always bring out the best in everyone involved. I love learning new things.
